There’s a set of verses in 2 Timothy 2:24–26 that completely changed the way I see evangelism—and I believe it will do the same for you.


If you’re a follower of Christ, this passage will light a fire in you to share your faith with boldness and compassion. If you’re not yet a believer, these verses reveal why you must surrender your life to Christ today.


The Bible says people without Jesus are “held captive by Satan to do his will.” That includes our friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors. But there’s hope—the gospel of Jesus Christ has the power to set captives free (Romans 1:16).
